Update Monday April 30/07

2nd Floor – Call numbers BF 1 J861 V.23 1961 – Q 1 U584 v.101 1996 and QA 76 A8 1986 – QA 901 J87 v. 176 1985 can be found on tables in the study room. Q 3 call numbers through to the start of the QAs still being moved to the southeast corner of the 3rd floor replacing the 1UNs.

2nd Floor study room remains closed to study but current journals and newspapers are accessible. Expect some noise in this area as the uprights and shelving are removed and moved to the 3rd and 4th floors.

4th Floor – AC 1 C65 – AP 4 S74 v.108 can be found in call number order beginning in the southeast corner. PR 1 A – PR 503 can be found following the DUs and PR 503 R4 – PR 347s A1 is located on the north side of the building. The move in this area continues this evening.

Government Documents: 1.BIS – 1UN ST CTC 33 are located on the 2nd floor beginning near the map room.

5th floor – Quiet Study Area

Update Friday morning April 27

2nd Floor – Call numbers BF 1 J861 V.23 1961  -  G1 N27 V.94 1948 can be found on tables (1-10) at the study room. 

Government Documents:  1.BIS – 1 UN FAO 1.254 v.2 are located  on the southwest corner of the 2nd floor.

This morning:

2nd floor Study Area - Journals in the BF – QA call number range will continue to be taken from the shelves and put in call number order on the tables.  Although this area is closed for study access to the journals (both current and bound) and newspapers  is still available.

International Gov Docs will continue to move from the 3rd floor to their neww location on the 2nd floor beginning near the map room.

4th Floor - A’s to southeast corner, PRs to the north side.

5th Floor – Quiet Study
